Default I am GOING pOSTal!!!

get this peeps.

for the last two weeks, the house behind me has 2 teenage males living there with their parents, they have just got these FREAKING petrol powerd helicopters.

i dont mind these things, IN SMALL DOSES.
but while i am writing this the clock just ticked over 9:27pm.
i have listend these things non stop for about id say 2 hours
and the day befor that was about the same and the day befor that and the day befor that. :togo:

any way, they fly these over grown mozzies over our back fence and scare the hell out of the dogs and annoy the **** outa me.
i have repoprted them to the cops but this doesnt seem to deter them.
i rang the council and they cant do it under noise poloution because it doesnt make that much noise and doesnt fall under any catagory.
Fair enough Although the coppers orderd them to stop flying them after 7:30pm.

last week we were having a bbq and they started up again 6:30 in the arvo
on and off till about 9:45 when me and a mate got sick of hearing them we went outside and threw a tennis ball ond a golf ball at em'

i missed with the tennis ball but my mate hit with the golf ball. causing the this to crash to the ground. they learnt their lesson they other one returned home and we didnt hear from it again for a few days.

cops rock up at the door the same night wanting to know why we willfully damaged someones property ect ect. we told the story they were going to speak with the other party and work it out. We never heard back .UNTIL TODAY where i got a letter from some big nob in the small claims saying if the damage wasnt payed for imediently we would go to court. My mate who didnt want this payed for the damages he withdraw some money out of the bank and gave it to them. we went to get tea (well pizza) and i **** you not 2............2..................2 FREAKING HELICOPTERS FLYING AROUND MY BACK YARD AGAIN. now 9:42 and they just put these things to sleep. AHHHHHHHHHH peace at last

sorry i had to express my ****edofftness
cheers Duane.

That sucks. Can't you just say you were playing cricket next time and peg a real cricket ball at them?

How much did your mate have to pay?

If they are over your fence line, then hit em with water or somthin. You cannot be done for willful damage if they are invading your property.

Hmmm *evil thought* I wonder what the rules are with water restrictions again?

I'm picturing a trigger hose, a garden, and a ****ed off gardener getting more water on a chopper than on the roses... :

Or maybe purchase a signal jammer? Chopper crashes (in their yard! :P), you're nowhere to be seen...

If they are flying in your property knock em down and sum1 says sumthing just say you thought they were spying n your windows turn it back on them. I am not sure bout the rulse there but here you arnt suppose to fly petrol powered helicopters in surburbia you are only allowed at RC flying clubs hope that helps or gives you an idea.

Cheers

James

Well if they are flying them in or over your property they most certainly are, just use the idea of you though they were spying in ur windows that'll work then the police will have to investigate. Will look into the legalities of it for you as I have a Rc Heli myslef and I know the rulse for where I am.

Jeez that's rough... Poor dog :(

$1350?!? Bloody hell they probably stole another chopper, and bought two months of winnie blues and VB with the cash!

Two for the choppers, two for the boys? Or... shoot the boys, choppers then crash, then shoot parents?

So they were damaged, aparently so much so that the full cost of the object was claimed, yet they were flying around within a few hours?!

Send a letter claiming for the cost of your golf ball and tennis ball :P

that spying one doesnt actually seem to bad an idea though, a little far fetched but good none the less. see the problem was they said that the damage was incured in their property they thing hit the fence and fell on their side. second they dont actually fly directly over my house BUT do go as far as about 5-10m into the yard buy go back again.i know where they keep there fuel i was thinking about playing with the mixture and maybe siezing the motor. but i dont want anything put back on me . so i reluctant to act atm.

Judging by what they did to your dog for you requesting they stop revving their car, I wouldn't want to be caught tampering with their fuel!

Hmmmm how could you damage one without using any ur own stuff maybe a stick or sumthing, then they really can't prove that you did it, they might of crashed and are blaming you again to get another rc chopper _2:

To some extent, thats what I was going to say except fly yours straight into theirs. The other thing I was thinking, is since they are in a housing commission house, maybe you could approach centrelink and and ask howcome "disadvantaged" people can afford to have nearly $3000 outlayed in toys???

If they are as dumb as they sound, they wont last long anyway

One of my mates has a RC chopper and it's a ***** of a thing to control, maybe before long it will end up a tangled mess in their guttering

I wonder if someone from the hobby shop could lend some sort of device (if possible) that picks up the frequency of it and take control , that way you could fly it where you want!

Those Party Poppers, you know the ones that shoot 3 or 4 feet up in the air..

They make a right royal mess when aimed correctly, seen several of those take one out at a friends place years back...
