Hi - dont know if there will be interest in this, but Pedro AKA TURBOTAXI was cooking yesterday making squid for some house guests and I took a video to share the info on how it can be done. I love food (as you may determine when you see my torso) and thought I should share it with my community here on AFF.
Some Chilli flakes in the seasoning mix livens things up considerably........ Next installment will be soft shell crab. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZcJT1bUeJk
