Default Computer question - Capturing streaming video

been playing around on yahoo a bit, and see that they have streaming video of the top 100....

These get played in a media player insert in ie. Is there any way to capture these seen as though you cant save the mdeia file???

If someone could help, this would greatly improve my library of filmclips for my car pc.....

Realplayer is meant to be able to record streaming video but as of yet I've never been able to figure it out. Guess there wasn't a big obvious button saying "record streaming audio" so i lost interest.

Eeek! something wrong with my media player settings, everything I've downloaded lately has come out looking all pyschedelic.
I couldn't figure that one out though, no right clicking to 'save target as', tight wads. :P
