Default Fuel Cell

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone Know whether fuel cells in the boot are street legal in NSW, or do they have to be engineered.
Cheers.

Can't tell for sure in NSW or anywhere else,
but I have heard they're legal if they are filled from an outside point like normal?

As far as I am aware they must have an external fill point and be externally vented. I will be getting mine covered when I visit an engineer.
