Hmmm, thanks to following various threads regarding Headers, Exhausts, Tyres and basically anything regarding the FG Falcon XR6, I decided to purchase a Fire Extinguisher
My first thought is why didn't I get one earlier - i.e. 30 years ago when I got my licence. Just like the Air Bags, this little red tube should probably lay hidden until I exit the car (i.e. in 50 years time ). Cheers.

Know how to activate it, seen a few fumble. Ikg unit will be expelled in about 8-12 seconds, so aim at the base of a fire - seen a few folk aiming at the flames and thus wasting their efforts.
NB - switch off the ignition of crashed immobilized cars.

also mention it to your insurance company, some have been known to give you discounts for having safety equipment on board

have also heard (don't know how true though)that people have been knocked back on insurance claims for fire damage because the extinguisher had not been serviced regularly and had failed. Makes sense I suppose so would check with the insurance company first if claiming a discount. Better safe than sorry Cheers
