Hi

My names Paul.. I own a blue 2002 XR8 Ute.

Finally found a place for me to escape to when the mrs is constantly on her I-Do forum planning our wedding.

I'm a mad ford supporter... Great to see Ford win 3 in a row!!! : Mainly thanks to SBR.

Look forward to talking more!

Paul.

Yeah i've managed to get the mrs off the comp for a bit... I'm workin at gettin the other comp up and goin soon, then i wont have to wait for my turn..
My ride is bacic!!! I've put pacemaker extractor's and a twin 2 1/4 system on it after only a month of owning it. Also put a ute lid on which not only looks good, it's very handy cos i use my ute as a work horse... Latest addition is the mags... : Ive owned it since new.

Cheers guys.

Yep, it is Narooma Blue alright..

Yeh, know what your saying. Like to upgrade to a BA soon.. Been out test driving them and they 5H!T over the AU.. So envious. I will upgrade, just matter of when. This ride'll do for now. sort of waiting for the series 3, as what mine is. Can see the benefits already of waiting cos now they have the 6 speed auto.

never thought of owning an automatic but after driving the new BA, i think there awesome! Just have to learn how to launch em off the line, cos i own a 5 sp manual atm...

My opinion, although it doesn't mean much....

KEEP THE AU!!
My wife has an AUII XR8 Sedan, and I've got a BAII XR8 ute.

The AU is a far better car. Never had a prob. with it. *touches wood!!*
Don't get me started on the Bloody Awful. It would be easier to tell u all what's right with it, rather than taking up 15278435383943655 pages on the forum with the probs. it has had, and continues to have.

Shame really, coz when it's good, it's REALLY good...

Welcome.
I have had a ride in your ute. Your Mrs to be likes to grind the clutch!

I am on both i-do.com.au and AFF.

Recently married and a Brisbane Girl.

Your Ute is nice.. Makes me wish I got a Ute instead of the AU Futura.
Welcome and enjoy the escape.
