Default Damn Cityrail !!!

http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/...722607444.html

I was on that carnt of a train in the first carridge.

It was the 5:29 Springwood train from North Syd, we lost all power once we started to cross the bridge. Didn't bother me too much as I was watching Lost on my laptop. After about an hour or so they moved us to the last 4 carridges and then said another train was going to back up to our train and we would be transported to to Milsons Point.

Only once the other train arrived it either brokedown or lost power cause it wasn't moving either.

By this stage it was starting to get a bit warm due to no aircon and people were putting fatma's out on Cityrail, we couldn't hear ***** cause the PA system was phu(ked and our 'new australian' train driver had a pretty pathetic grasp of the Australia language.

But I was happy, up to my 3rd episode of Lost by now.

Then we are informed (By an Aussie citysnail dude in person) that we are going to be shat out the ar5e of the tangayra and have to walk down the tracks to Milsons Point (Roughly 200m). They have one lane of the bridge blocked so they can have cops and ambo's waiting incase some Phu(king ret4rded steady eddie is going to fall and brake their face, which of course never happened, i think they were there for shi77yrail staff incase us passengers went postal on them.

After 30mins (Thats how long it took to get most people off the train!) finally make it to MP. Then they inform us we can walk to North Syd (10min walk) or and walk the bridge, I figured I aint going to NS too wait another hour for a bus that will get stuck in traffic so I walked to Wynyard.

Jump on a train to Central then change to a Blue Mountains train, the 9.09pm phu(k carnt, by this stage I was ready to kill someone cause my battery died in my laptop c0(k d1(k balls, get on it to Emu Plains then finally walk in the door at 10:40pm.

*Cliffnotes
Took a while to get home and battery died in my laptop

Radio was saying people were trapped for 3 hours with no a/c and no announcements were made.

Pretty crappy situation to be in all round.

God I'm glad I have a car! I'd rather sit in peak hour traffic every day then ride on public transport! Especially Sydney public transport! 4 years of doing ~100km on trains everday, 50km there in the morning, 50 back in the afternoon, has put me off trains for a few lifetimes.
