Default Useless & Misleading Thread Titles

When posting a new thread, can members put a little bit of thought and effort into it.
Over the last several weeks the number of threads that have titles like 'Have you seen THIS' with a link to something offsite, or '*$#@&' or single words/characters has been on the increase.
The thread title should bear some relevance to what the discussion inside will be about (makes it easier for members to decide whether to open the thread & join the chat, and to keep things on track)
