I reckon set up the dealerships properly, no "fault denial service" (taken from another member) anymore, get the servicing departments up to scratch and work on customer service.
Mazda in Essendon is great with customer service and the service department there is no BS at all. (And they have this awesome coffee machine thing that you can use, it can make cappuccino, espresso, normal coffee and other things. Me and Dad wanted to know how much one would cost, so when I got home I went online.... $7000!)

Daymoe - Essendon Mazda sales are terrible when dealing with them. Mind you the one in werribee was one of the best I have dealt with...unfortunately the Ford dealership next door was very average.

Ford of Europe had a Capri concept car a few years ago, based on the Focus platform, but it obviously never made it past the design proposal stage. It looked good too.
It wasn't called Capri though, but it had all the design cues from the original. Can't remember what it was called. |
