i think the aps turbo was on the cover when it hit 307kph though??

EDIT: thinkin about it the aps phase cars aren't one off.......
The 307kph was on cover of "Hot Tuner" edition of Motor

But Motor itself HAS featured Tuners covers heaps of times!.. Sells mags, I spose?

All i can say, if its a customer car, and he wanted it like that, he has no taste. If that isnt the ugliest RICE interior i have seen, its damn close. Would need sunglasses on, even at night.
The exterior looks fairly slick tho, best looking version of the VE i have seen.
But really if you had that sort of money, wouldnt you buy a M3? or something like it?
Not a Rice commodore.
If i was going to spent $130k plus, i dont think i would look at buying a one off commodore or falcon, defintely a M3 or something

Rubbish, please go do some proper research before you post any more dribble....
And if you're going to post links to try to support your position try and pick ones that are actually relevant or remotely close to the topic!!

It was dodgy of Motor to photoshop the bonnet of the VE, but I bought the magazine anyway. It's not like photoshopping cover cars is a new thing, it's been happening forever.

Good on Walkinshaw for getting the car in there, you can't buy advertising like that. If any other tuner company wanted their car in the magazine, all they have to do is ring Motor and offer tham a drive. The problem is, how many tuner companies have a spare brand new XR6T/XR8/SS etc with 15k plus work done to it sitting in their carpark, waiting for motoring journos to do their best at killing the thing? And how many tuners can confidently say they can make an XR6T better than say the APS ones for less price?

Motor have tested more Holden based tuner cars than Ford ones, but there's also a LOT more companies modifying Holdens. Before the BA came out, no-one apart from Herrods would touch Falcons. I thought everyone was used to having no aftermarket support for Fords.

Nope, the car was specially built for a customer, who specced everything he wanted on the car, including the one off Lamborghini Verde Ithica green paint job.
