All I can say is go and get the album "Liveline." It has every one of their songs that is worth listening too with one exception, that is "No Exit." Being young is no excuse for not knowing them. I'm 21 and have been listening to them for about 6 years.

[QUOTE=Rodp]Geez, probably 100 or so times.

The other memory I have of the Angels that stood out was seeing them in a place called CT's in the late 80's. Don't know what he was on but he was completely out of it, but still put on a show and a half. For the second half of his set, the crowd had to keep propping him up because he kept on falling fowards into them. He would wrap his hand around a scarf on his mic stand to try and stop him from falling over. He also did a couple of songs on his back being passed around the crowd. I remember the night vividly, I don't think he does though. :P

LOL how mean to do that to doc.

Should have reminded him

Dogs are talking is my favorite song

"There comes a time in a young girl's life
when she first meets a man
there comes a time in a young girl's life
when she becomes a woman"

The rif is awesome too.

Reading this brings back all the memories. I had a wide and varied taste in music though.

Skyhooks, Angels, Divinals, Sports, Hush, AC DC, Midnight Oil, Icehouse, Split Enz Australian Crawl just to name a few of the tapes I used to have in my car.

Sometimes makes you wonder what happened to the members of these bands when they broke up.

Thanks for bringing back the memories of days gone by.

I'm not sure on this but i heard there was some sort of split or dispute with the band. The band you see performing around the clubs at present might not have Doc Neeson in it.

No way .. get #$*^%$, ^&*$ off!

No Beyond Salvation?!

I had Watch The Red but when loading Vista on this machine it seemed to have trouble with the driver on the SATA drive that contained my iPod library. Took a few hours to recover the data on the drive, Watch The Red is completely missing and about 75% of the songs iTunes will play to varying lengths (the mp3's are damaged).

Due to this thread I've been listening to a lot of Angels music and funnily enough I was listening to Beyond Salvation when I read this.. :P Dogs are Talking is one of my fave Angels songs.
