See the "Frequent Raters" list... how could you take someone who's rated 128 people - averaging 1.2 ratings per day - seriously!

Was just looking at that, as if all you'd do if you saw this happen is rate them on a stupid website.

Why not rate the rex who rolled over? So I say it must be BS proving that this site can be way too easily abused.

But if you saw an accident like that for real wouldn't you pull over and see if everyone was alright? I also don't see many modified WRX's that don't have personalized plates. Just doesn't seem to add up to me.

You would hope so but alot of people only think of themselves. Some comments in regard to that particular incident now.

Well now it just seems they are making comments on an incident that is still being investigated by VICPOL and blaming just the one car even though it was the WRX that had the accident, makes no sense to me.

I think it is a good site as it will hopefully shame bader drivers into being a little more thoughtful of other drivers.

On the other hand 2 bad points I see are-
1. As has been said, people can make stuff up about people they don't like.
2. Will "hoons" use this site as a competition to see how many bad reviews they can get compared to their mates.

But now there is a public way to shame people hopefully it will make them think twice about doing silly things and annoying other drivers.

There was another of these sites last year called idiotdrivers.com.au or similar. I believe it didn't last very long once it got some publicity.

Ah, that would have been back in the days when giving someone the finger usually elicited the same action and both drivers went on their way.

These days it's considered 'road rage'!

As for the stupid 'Rate the Plate' site, I could fill pages on their site with just one days driving on the Newell... It's caravan season folks!
