to be honest... i think its a little like the GT4 screen shots.
the screen shots look stunning, but the game looks no where near as good. No doubt the graphics will be impressive, but on a TV... i don't expect it to look that good :/

remember when the Ps2 originally came out... the first games had pretty average graphics compared to the latest ones

John is right, PS2 on TV = crap quality. Especially if you use the RCA cables which aren't known for high quality.
Now if you had an LCD, high def TV with digital signal from PS2 to TV, well things might be different. Thats why a computer with a good video card and monitor will always look better than ANYTHING running through a TV. Go to Harvey Norman and look through the range of plasma screens and LCD TV's, most look terrible running TV reception, especially from close up. Dan..
