ever since sunday mi telstra prepaid keeps telling me that "you need to be a prepaid plus user to use this service" when i go to check my credit...HELP

My telstra pre paid mobile phone was doing something similar on sunday.
the mrs played round with it then pulled out the sim card and restarted it. fixed the problem.

alrady pulled sim out/has 3 deep lines on the sim....and ancient 3315 wont read sim at all....cause of problem?...but i can still send and recieve calls and text
