my friends dad made one a long time ago. can get into a fair bit of trouble fiddling around with those iirc.

alot of fancy restaraunts i was in at florida had signs up saying they used phone jammers cos they didnt want people on their phones ruining the atmosphere of the place.

in the wrong hands this could be a fatal device.
imagine someone could climb up a mini (roof mounted) mobile phone tower, turn the device on, and hide it away where it cant be seen.
all phones within the region (in some cases large regions) would be knocked out or next to useless.
ever had to dial 000 on your mobile??

on the other hand...
would be kinda cool to do it to friends.
&
take it with you to the movies...stop the little wanna bees from having phone calls thru good movies.

yes i was thinking along the lines that if you get cought with one what sort of trouble you would get into

not to mention what a few people would do to you if they knew you had one
