If you have a decent table grinder? Fit a polishing wheel and buy some polish wax and do it yourself...

Grinder + flap disc + lots of wet rub + lots of AutoSol + plenty of elbow grease. Clear coat and the jobs done. It takes time so be patient. (Says he who prefers rust to metal)!!!
