And what about those scummy Lebonnese gangs that are causing alot of trouble over most of the country, they need to be sorted out first and they shouldnt have a right to breath here either, they should be after all gangs not just a select few. out:

The moment the Government try to implement something like that they'll get labelled as "racist" and all sorts of crap will follow.

First they introduce a bunch of "Terrorist" laws where peoples homes can be raided without a warrant, you can be arrested and keept in custody without being charged and the government can listen to your phone conversations... because they can. Even though I haven't seen any terrorists in Australia lately.

A dozen new laws to increase Police power because of the cronulla riots including:

Zoning
Move Powers
Spitting in front of a police officer
..
..

Then of corse Hoon Laws that allow a car to be permantly confiscated for something as simple as Playing music or Revving an engine while it's in Netural. I believe they are also bringing laws in so they can now Crush Cars into cubes, (so remember to keep the radio down while your driving around in your new AMG or ELSE)

Now, after many scientific government officials have concluded that evil traces are present at an atomic level in people who congregate on a bike, it is essential to the saftey of the nation that we outlaw them. (Which groups will be next for legal termination...Gun clubs, Zionists, Bulldog Breeders, Skate board riders... the future opposition party ?

Whats next ? Maybe we should ban people from watching star wars because they might turn to the dark side of the force ?

By legislating laws in opposition to a specific event or group by means of public fear lays the pathway and the rational to even further extreme laws and before you know it, people get tasered, its illegal to listen to non government approved radio/tv stations and the last person to stop clapping at an officials conference is put in jail for the rest of there life.

That is crazy! Leaving the Lebonnese gangs to do whatever they want, and making it illegal for bikie gangs ONLY to conregrate is not right. I think the government should arm the bikies and use them to erradicate the lebonnese gangs.
Id rather we had local gangs(like the bikes) than muslim extremists(lebonnese) . And im sure alot of others would too.

On a side note don't fall into the trap of believeing the anti terrorism laws aren't warranted... you'd be amazed at the amount of "events" that are either foiled or intercepted on a daily basis by the counter terrorism squad and the Federal Police as a result of these extensive powers...
You'll never hear about them, but they DO happen.

Yeah true i know what you are talking about, im in a country now where theres thousands of the little buggers. And its never going to stop, just got to rely on the governments and security measures to stop them.
The laws are definitley warranted I totally agree but these gangs should be stopped also .

Maybe so, but never forget these words uttered by Benjamin Franklin over 200 years ago..."those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

Freedom is never free...

Having had a couple of drinks at the local Angels club house I must say they strike me as pretty decent blokes , and the prez of the local owns several big legal money businesses , no need for the other stuff when your that well off ?.

Bikies can be pleseant to talk to.

However, you're living in fantasy land if you think Hell's Angels, Gypsy Jokers, Banditos etc are not the top level of organised crime in Australia.

I also think its a ridiculous stretch to think that these laws could ever be applied to a car club. There would need to be compelling evidence of criminal activity for a gang to be declared outlawed and placed on the 'banned' list.

Nsw already has tuff bikie laws, it's now illegal to wear colours and ride in packs of 4 or more. Answer to this is make up T shirts and wear them.

If these guys think that only bikie's import/produce drugs there kidding, there will always be people who import and produce drugs purley because of the money involved. To an extent it's like any business with the exception theres more money in it and it's illegal.

So its illegal to ride in a group of four with the same cloths on a bike and people think the government won't bann groups of four or more of the same cars from traveling together EG: 4 x GT = banned or four skylines ect, to try and stop "Hoooon behaviour"

No. Its illegal to do it wearing bikie gang 'colours'. Doesn't say anywhere about four people wearing the same clothes.

I think some people like to whinge just for the sake of it!
