Default Question about Rental Vacancies ..

Where would a Good Place to be to Place an Ad .. We have a House with Room in it and Just looking for a Single Tenant to Share the Rent with another Tenant ..

Where would you Advertise a Room or 2 for Rent ?

Cheers
Daniel

Local paper and I think www.realestate.com.au has a section for boarders too.

I'm not even sure that a nymphomaniac would go for Daniel so that ad would be a waste

www.flatmatefinders.com.au

This is a really good site and everyone I know that has used it has found a flatmate/roommate within a few days or so

Best of luck Daniel.

Beat me to it.

This is how I found my 5 house mates. You need to pay a joining fee, but it is well worth it.

Also, perhaps join for a very short term as you just need 1 person. When and if you do decide to renew, all the regular subscription prices are discounted by around 20%.

I had started to advertise about 2 weeks before I moved into my place, and by the time I got the keys I already had 3 people confirmed.

I've used this one when we've had Kiwi contractors over here on long term projects. Worked a treat.
