Today apart from some driving drama's I got a part time job! 3 days a week washing cars for a Holden dealer. And I may have an apprenticeship in gyp rock.
So I'm rather pleased about my day. Just thought I'd share.

Congrats! Well done. After reading your other thread....I must admit I did have a chuckle when I saw your workplace.

As the job I'm doing is only about 6 hours I'm looking for a night shift job.
Now...How on earth do I find a job on night shift? I have no idea where to start.

I work at McDonalds and they employ anyone (well my restaraunt does) and the hours are reallllllly flexable, you can choose what hours you can or cant work and what days you can or cant and they arent fussed what so ever and going up in positions is almost endless. Some restaraunts are open 24 hours. Some people who i work with work their normal job in the day (8-4 or 9-5) then start at maccas at 5 or 6 then finish at 10 or 11 or 12 or 1 and they work 5-9 hours on weekends which is an easy 200 just for weekends, plus you get half price food if you work. Its a fun job and all the staff are great(iv worked at 3 restraunts for training), usually, but you do have to be able to handle stressful situations. |
