Default Error - "Invalid thread specified"

Error in subject seems to be appearing with increasing frequency when I reply to threads. Happens with both quick reply and the conventional reply.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Using IE at work. Admittedly, doesn't happen on Firefox at home...
