anyone know the calculation by the RTA which gives you the largest Ci or Cc engine size possibly available to a cars Net weight?? or is it GVM weight?

My EL could hold a 5.9 litre V8, then I could add forced induction! Otherwise around 7.1 litres. Might have trouble making it fit though.
