Default Do you recognise this (toy) Car ?

back in 2006 Peugot had an advert on TV for the new 206? i think

The advert featured a whole bunch of "Toy" cars running around suburban streets...
lego cars, wooden cars etc....

just wondering if anyone recognises what this Police car is... or is from ?
i.e. toy manufacturer... or some cartoon / tv show maybe ????
