You are correct as judged by me.

But I have never cared about how to say the letter "H", because I never spell it, and I see no reason to single out the letter.
What about brought and bought. I brought a new car!

Which of these is correct - Jess' car, or Jess's car? I always believed it to be Jess' car.

edit - just seen the post by gordz, oops.

Jess owns the car so it's possessive.

So it's Jess's car.

According to these people, and they should know....http://www.askoxford.com/concise_oed/aitch?view=uk it's aitch • noun the letter H.

But for REALLY bad pronunciation some Seppo's take the cake with Jag-wire instead of Jag-u-are

Everyone keeps refering to the way the pom say it? Have you heard poms say the letter A? If they are not next door neighbours they probably say it differently to one another.

"One One was a race horse, Two Two was one too, One One Won one race, Two Two won one too"

Spelling helps this one out.
No such word as 'wun'

The automatic aussie 'O' gives me the irrits, Servo, Ambo, Fisho, Bottle-o .....
