Default Speed Camera Question (mobiles 1s)

I was on my way home from work today, and there was a speed camera and i got flashed. deffinatly my fault was doing 60ish in a 60 zone but thats not the point.

i didnt think speedcameras on park vehicles could flash you if there were on the oppisite side of traffic, i might be wrong just never thought they could?

foe example say the camera is facing North and your travaling South can they flash you?

cheers

Yep unfortunately for you. Even if there was another car there, it can distinguish which direction you are headed. So... bugger

You should be right then shouldn't you?

Normally I can go through cameras with my speedo on about 65 (GPS on 61-62) and not have a problem.

well when i go threw a speed cheeck if im siitting on exactly 100 on my speedo it registers im only doing like 93 - 95. and i always thought they took 2 off speed camers as an allegid speed. so i figure 70 - 2 = 68 minus my speedo reading should be clear
but guess not :S

Yeah well mine was worse because I drove past it earlier in the day and again I thought they couldn't go across the road so I was driving past with my former partner in the car pointing to the camera going thats the speed camera I drove past earlier then FLASH! 64 in a 60 do you think she ever lived that down :togo:

Man you think I didn't feel like an idiot!
