I've been looking for a way to browse the forum on my iPhone that doesn't involving pinch scrolling in Safari. I found an iPhone app called Tapatalk which acts as a shell around the forum and makes viewing the forum easier. However, it only work with vBulletin v3.7 and v3.8, and we're still on v3.0.3 (due to customisations?) Any plan to upgrade in the pipeline?

Here's info on the app and the plugin you would install to enable the app to work

An upgrade to the software in general would be nice. Everything costs money though. I'd be willing to help fund an upgrade.

I'm in the software game myself, thus my initial guess as to why we're still on an older version.

We have been looking at doing the upgrade for some time but with the extended absence of our tech guru due to work commitments and the relatively high level of customisations in the core vb objects it is a major piece of work.
It will happen eventually but at this stage I can't provide a time frame. Cheers Russ
