Default Spoiler and side stripes

SOOO i have been looking into doing some visual mods to my 2004 fiesta zetec to make it stick out from the crowd a little bit, at minimal cost. Forgive me if im not allowed to be posting links like this up but,,,

here is a spoiler that i am interested in; http://www.body-kit.co.uk/product.ph...732b33aa2d0589
its within budget and was wondering, how it is meant to be installed, do holes need to be drilled into the boot or can it just be stuck on in some way? (sorry being really vague here :S)

secondly im also looking into some side stripes, specifically these ones: http://www.dmb.uk.com/Product/Ford-F...Style-Logo/105
now on the same sort of line, are these able to be self installed relatively easily? i believe there are a few people who have used in the past these stripes so just looking for some insight really.

reason why i am asking all these is i would like to DIY it, to not only save money, but also as a bit of a project.

sorry if i have been a bit vague.
thanks
fiestaz

DMB Graphics, on the other hand, do deliver here. I'm waiting on an ST500 bonnet decal.

i would love to do that, but i just cant find it cheap enough. i know there was one on ebay a while ago for $100 (someone on here bought it), if i had the money at the time then i would have jumped at it.

Try eBay. Last time I checked there was an unpainted WP body kit going for $250.

Here's the link.
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Genuine-Ford-...ts_Accessories

$250 isn't bad, but I'd think the postage charges would be prohibitive.

it is definitely tempting, but out of reach budget wise :( one day... one day...

for now though, the stripes have been ordered, and hopefully will be here within 2 or so weeks. looking forward to putting them on.

so im looking into either mudflaps to help keep my car clean a bit (as well as the stripes) or a new gear stick and gaiter from fordparts UK.

unfortunantly, i cant do the spoiler. i thought i would be able to, but the one i found doesnt supply to AUS and other ones are way to expensive, and going to ford directly would be suicidal, so small, simpler mods it will have to be.

Still looking for any tips or tricks when it comes to fitting those stripes though!

thanks

Ok so im considering this Alluminium Gear Lever Knob and Leather Gear Gaiter ( http://www.fordpartsuk.com/shop/fies..._gaiter_85.htm ).

just wondering, will this fit my fiesta? just asking as it says "fits all MK6 Fiesta models with the B5/IB5 Gearbox up to 01-09-2007", so just wanted to double check before i go ordering as i dont know the name of the gearbox of our fiesta's.

thanks

No no no, I meant my comment about that gear knob being mine!

All good, i love the gear knob, just be careful with rings and bracelets scratching it.

ahhh ok no hard feelings haha

i might order it over the next few days... was a little unsure whether it would fit due to our fiestas being ever so slightly different in some ways to UK fiestas.

as long as it fits then all good

Nope, just a very shiney sandle, nobody spotted the other shiney thing in there, I will post another pic and see if someone can see it.

Don't know why this one is so brown, but it was taken in the early morning light today, item has a shine to it

And the vinner is....... Fledaney.

I actually got this from failed attempt to get rims from Tempe Tyres.

I ordered some rims for my Territory which apparently need hub adapters. Tempe only did 3 of the 4, so in my attempts to get this rectified, they asked for the rims back with a full refund. When I threw the hub ring in the car, I put it there so it didn't float around in the area just in front, and so comes the chrome ring for the cup holder....

Cheers

It'll definately fit your car - all WQ Fiestas have the IB5 gearbox.

Your car is pre-facelift rite?

Does your interior look like TwinPiston's? If so, it will fit it.

Sorry to be confusing :(
