Just wondering if anyone knows the best place to get a deal on laptop batteries?
I have an ACER 529atx and need to get a BPT-34A1 battery for it, Best price for a new one I've got so far is $199 delivered! Anyone???

Try battery world too, I gotten batteries for the work laptops before.

There are batteries specialists out at Notting Hill in victoria (near Monash Clayton) - but I can't recall their name. The technique is called "repacking" where the individual batteries cells are replaced.

Im Not sure. Its an Ex Telstra Laptop that a mate of mine is doing up fpr me. I would say it would only be 3 or 4 yrs old.
Are Acers any good or what? I have never had a laptop before, so I wouldnt know. He said its not too bad
