Ahhhh, I know where that is. Company called Alkon Body styling in Melbourne makes it, I enquired about it and apparently that kit is the last one they have for LR Focus and they wont be getting anymore.
The trouble is they want $2500 for the kit, and I only want the front bar!

I think the side skirts are a bit much. The real RS looks a lot cleaner
