I got mini cyclonic winds, lasted all of about 2 mins, walked outside and my street was having a dust storm, it rained for about a minute after that then it was all over..

I was, rather stupidly, delivering a stove to a bloke in Mt Tamborine. Watched the storm rolling in over the hills on the way up the mountain and... well, it rained a bit. A lot, actually. So much so that I simply couldn't drive further so sat there for 20 minutes in the car while all hell broke loose outside.

It was very cool.

I drove through it at 5kph on the M1 in a Jag with a leaking roof that stalled every time it went through standing water... Joy!
