Bathurst mate. Forgot to add that part. Will most likely end up near Sydney first off.
Someone told me about a drive called sea cliff edge or something. It's a huge highway that goes along to beaches. I can't find it but. Sent from my GT-I9305 using Tapatalk |

Sea cliff edge sounds like the coastal drive from Sydney down to Woolongong where part of the highway is built over the sea water.

You're the midst of where other people want to go. Jenolan Caves, Dubbo Zoo, Blue Mts. I would avoid Sydney if it was for just one night,. How about Canberra via Oberon, then stop over at Bateman's Bay. Next day up through Kiama, Wollongong, Stanwell Park, Lucas Heights, Penrith, home. Stopping at local bakeries and cafes to find the perfect meat pie and coffee (it's what we do).

That's not a bad idea actually. We are going to Bateman's bay on the 12th to see my partners little sister who has a disease. I've seen everything out here in the country really.

If coming to Sydney first, then to the 'Gong via Royal National Park (scenic (drivers) route) passing through Stanwell Park and across the Sea Cliff Bridge. Then keep heading south to Kiama (my home town), Nowra, Batemans Bay the head inland via Braidwood to Canberra. Then home either through Yass and Cowra or Goulburn and Oberon.

Sea Cliff Bridge is a good drive, Ive done it a few times.I'd head up to the Hunter Valley, even if you dont like wineries it's a nice place to be.
