Ive just hosted another website with net registry and I am having 1 issue with it.
The website goes fine most of the day however sometimes we are experiencing HTTP 400 - Bad Request errors, where the page will not load at all, even after a refresh. I have tried this on several different computers and both on the Bigpond and Optus Broadband networks, it doesnt do it all the time just occasionally, and then I have to clear the cache out of the modems to get it to work again. Now the weird part is that its doing it on all our computers and both networks, even tho they are seperate providers. This would lead me to the idea that its a server issue, or is there something wrong with the actual website itself? Any help would be appreciated as Net Registry are still looking at it...  :

whats the site? pm if you want.
is it custom programming or a downloaded script, is it reliant on a process eg. database query ? where are their servers located? |

Its just a basic HTML website with some pics, nothing exciting and no databases.

Sounds like a definite server issue, is it being hosted on IIS Wintel? or Apache linux?

if the page only cuts out on ya now and then - then its a server error - not ya coding ;) - sounds like net registry is having the problems with their http servers.

Yep, ive pulled the website until net registry can sort out thereИИИИ, in the mean time ill continue fighting with them, i have the same website hosted on my person optus space and no problems, so its a server issue at there end.. im just downloading all the logs now, its taking forever..

Well the hosting was only setup yesturday around 4 in the arvo, so this could possibly be the issue...
Ive uploaded it for now, hopefully tomorrow it will stop giving me the ИИИИs!

Oh well they finally fixed it thisarvo, heres the email i recieved.
Thank you for the enquiry. We have rectified the issue from this end. It appears that one of the servers was not configured correctly for your website, so 1/6 of requests to the server were failing with this error. Took 5 phone calls and 3 emails, bit of a joke.
