So, the short answer is NO.

What many people fail to appreciate when considering issues of "The Law," is the question of enforcement. This is particularly a problem in areas such as consumer law. Breach the criminal or traffic codes and if there is evidence there's a high probability of the rozzers coming after you. Get caught diddling your taxes and the ATO will give you the mother of all enemas. But if Ford violates their sacred duty to keep parts for a "reasonable" amount of time, you'd be better of buying a power-ball ticket than trying to get the ACCC to take notice.

I worked at bmw parts for a few months before I quit, and the one thing I realised was basically you could if you wanted to, be able to order basically a whole brand new car as in engines from e36s etc brand new straight out of Germany to Australia, sure why would you but basically all the fiddly interior trims, bumpers, you could and can get so many parts, things new for e30s were in plentiful supply out of Germany, whereas in comparison to ford here you cant even ****ing buy xr floor mats new in bseries anymore, new console lids, steering wheels etc, basically the majority is either remanufactured or second hand now, its so ****en disappointing.

Supply of parts must be for 10 years from end of vehicle production with the option to do a final build of the parts after the 7 year mark.
