Default Wheel Bearing Grease options.

I have Castrol SL Heavy and Timken red.
The Timken grease seems "thinner".
Which one is recommended?

For single row caged ball bearings, not deep groove, not special purpose?

If they both meet spec for heat range and lubricity, IMO whichever has the best resistance to washout.

If both greases are applicable to your use then it won't matter, personal choice.
