You could do custom tuning as you have the dyno and maybe hold a dyno shootout just to get people down there and then talk to them and get the info on what the people want.

Good products, advice and freindly customer service will bring them back every time.

Would you consider taking on a keen apprentice mechanic : ?

To have a gues I'd say there would be a lot of work in enhancing the B series as they are starting to and will be very popular among the younger generation with T's and v8's. Many will want a good perfromance shop for their cars. Prob be a fair demand for E series enhacments, I know there is a huge demand for a high-flow custom induction set up there, which for some reason has been overlooked.

Performance is one thing, the bread and butter is your daily service of the small stuff.

As mentioned the market has to be right, and that is also being a supplier for the proven gear that works.

Before and after Dyno runs on any performance mods are must, no army Dyno's either.

As Gary said, and i'd like to add...
A no BS approach, dont be arrogant and unreachable to your customers like most shops.
And charging for Quotes is a load of crap aswell.
Just remember that bad news travels faster than good... especially on the net.

thanks for all the grat suggestions guys... i am working on the product range now and a full hi-folw intake is deffinatly on the list ( custom air box to accept a pod and piping, all polished alloy.) as for the dyno th one i currantly have is a dyno dynamics speed mode dyno. it is good for up to 450kw but has no print out facillaty. this is mainly for tuning and to give results on developed products.. i will be upgrading to a full shootout mode uit hopfully in about six months. but in the mean time i will tune on this unit and for those of you wanting print outs i have arranged discounted power runs with a nearby shop..

thanks for the great ideas keep them coming.. :
