Phillip Island V8's - Driver Parade

Hi everyone,

For all that are going, or are thinking of going, to Phillip Island for the V8's in a fortnight, I'm looking for anyone with a BA, BF or FG XR or FPV Ute, that has no damage, no large stickers/airbrushing, any colour. I'm needing about 6 Utes at the moment.
First in best dressed, if you could let me know as soon as you can, that would be appreciated.
You'll receive two (2) general admission passes for your efforts, and you will be able to take a passenger on the lap aswell.

So am I right in saying that no one (except one!) from AFF with one of the needed Utes is going to Phillip Island next weekend?

I still need some more Utes guys.......

I can't believe the lack of response this is getting. I expected I might have already been too late with my reply. Come on guys, what a great opportunity to show off your ute and do a lap of the track before the first ever L&H Phillip Island 500!

i assume Lynch'd that you're in in this drivers parade? whereabouts you coming from? i'm heading down from near oran pk

Geez, what a great opportunity for those with utes.

I certainly wish I had a ute to do this. I would be there no doubt.

Yep. Definately in and can't wait! Heading down from Sydney friday arvo (just to Melbourne then the island on Sat). PM me if ya interested in making a road trip of it.

i was given the opportunity to the the drivers parade last year at bathurst and with thousands of v8 fans cheering you on! you wave back enjoying the limelight and then you remember you have two v8sc drivers on board

i'm heading down early thurs morn and straight to the island! cya on the sunday before the parade.
what's your ride so i can keep a eye out for it? mine's a silver ba pursuit.

Unfortunately I'm not going to Phillip Island but I'd definately be up for Bathurst if you still need utes for that
