Hey guys.
didnt know where to post this so i thought id give it a crack here as this is where most of the chit chat happens on this site. Im wanting some advice on custom paint and panel shops in melbourne that deal with pin striping. i know i can search on google etc for place, but i figured the best advice is from those who are in the industry, hopefully some of you out there. The car in particular is my rat rod F100 all i want is for them to touch up a few stone chips on the bonnet, a few in the top of the tail gate, and rub her back and give her a respray in matt black. Is there some way to give the colour that matt black look but the practicality of driving it in the rain? i dont wnat it to soak up water but i want it to look matt black. im also wanting to get some proper pin striping done on the bonnet the sides of the car. thanks in advance. brad the car:

I'd say the guy you might want to get on to is Ryan Ford, you could google it or call Norm at Aussie Desert Cooler Radiators on 9470 4449. Norm is right into the Rod scene and could give you more than 1 option I'd say. Post up some pics when its done. Good luck

Oh and when they respray the car in matt black, they actually use a clear on it, which is matt in finish so the paint is protected.
