Fooling around on trading post.. and couldn't believe my eyes...
Yes... I was searching for what a Jumbuck was worth, but thought.. bugger that, could prob get a RED PORSCHE for the same money : In all seriousness.. I don't frequent trading post often... but EVERY time I have, I'm finding and reporting more and more fraudulent adds. Lets see how long it takes for them to be scrapped by Trading post? Edit... I just noticed that I have already reported 3 of those adds yesterday.. : They probably need to follow 'procedure' but what a joke.... get email from me, open email, view link, see that it is an obvious scam and hit the delete button. What you think...10 seconds tops?? Why are they still online 24 hrs after being reported??? Last edited by Yellow_Festiva; 07-06-2009 at 12:05 AM. |

This guy has posted at least 50 of these adds....
You would think that with the technology these days it would be easy to bait this scum and trace the origins of the advertisements and where the money is ending up when people do transfer cash... |

If thats the case, wouldn't you simply just put a price thats slightly lower than a realistic price, and look half legit.

Peaandham - your ad reads "i was keen on a AU for $1500 it was a bloody AU !"
When I went to quote it to ask what you were talking about it said "i was keen on a AU for $1500 it was a bloody EL !" Strange that. |
