Default Has anyone done a used oil test with Castrol Edge oils?

Hi guy's just wondering if anyone has done a oil test using any of the Castrol Edge oils.

an oil test is only good as a starting point for future tests to see what is degrading in your engine/driveline etc.

a one off test is kinda pointless

Have a read of this supplyed by Russ W, interesting, but as with most quality oils if you change them and filters at regular intervals most std,engines would be good for 300ks plus these days

I've recently changed from Corse Plus to Edge 25W50 in the clevo and subjectively it seems to quieten down the valve train a little bit better. Pressure when hot is in the same ballpark as the Corse Plus.
