Hey,
I go for my P's in a couple of months and I'm just wondering about some of the laws. With the passenger restrictions does anyone know what the penalty is if you get caught with more then 1 passenger under 25 during 11pm-5am? What if you were coming home from somewhere and was running late? |

Not too sure about the fines associated, but I would like to think that common sense will prevail if you are running late/caught in traffic etc.

I checked through the Department of Transport website and the only thing they say is amonetry fine will apply. I presume it would be the standard $150. Thats the standard fine for bull**** laws like this.
