Default Best beer deal I have ever seen

Howdy all,

Yes yes, I know the best deal is free beer but this is the closest to free that I have ever seen.

You can get 50% off any 4-6 pack of beer (1 per day) by simply "checking-in" at any First Choice liquor outlet. This deal finishes at the end of June. Tomorrow will be my 3rd visit as I like tasting different beers.

To put it basically you need to do four things:

-Have a smartphone
-Download an app called Foursquare and join.
-Open the app at any First Choice liquor outlet and "check-in" (push the green button) before presenting your beer choice to the attendant.
-You then show the attendant the screen on your phone and they scan a barcode that they have in the back of their work folder.

Started yesterday with a Blue Tongue Lager for $7 and today was a James Squire Golden Ale for $8. Might go a Peroni tomorrow. I am limiting myself to having 2 beers per day as I could easily go overboard here

Any questions can be asked here. This is the link to the Ozbargain site where I found it.

Cheers
Mick

Cats are good too. Fill to about 20cm with water, add soap and cat. Hold lid firmly closed for two minutes. Be sure to stand well clear when releasing cat.

All Whirlpool gold.

Haahahahah.....ahhhhhh.......I have had my bottles and fermenters "resting" for the last year as my son has been paying for beer because I help with his casual job.

Probably best not to turn this into a homebrew thread as there is already one (I should be in there discussing my next brew though)

Cheers
