i have heard from a little birdy that a few weeks ago there was a man somewhere in my area sell a real JGS for $1000 dollars not thinkin the car was real until after selling the car to some1 who actually knew what the car was.....

a hardtop in gd condition worth more than that???

If you mean ANY hardtop in GOOD condition would be worth more than 1k,then yes.

the parts minus the bodyshell would be worth it......

couple of years ago i had to pass on a complete rear honeycomb for an XA/XB GT, still in its box, $50...... i was flat broke at the time (literally, i didnt have a cent) but i still kick myself now
