Is that picture from Ford or just someone's opinion?

That's just an "image" Wheels obtained.

Computer generated. It's already been posted in the Last Falcon discussion.

Must be from Ford - they always photoshop the tyres a size larger and wheels with less offset for a flush fit.

I like how they're going on and on and on about how minor an update it is. It's only a 3 year old design...!

Could be me, but I am pretty certain that car has a lot in common with my 2005 Territory.

Maybe you have to be a Terry "train-spotter" but I think the Wheels image does look nicer.

The Territory had a huge facelift in 2011. Yours shares the doors, glass and maybe the tailgate. FG ran for 3 or 4 years before it got a new bumper, VE ran for longer than that.

The spy shots of the updated Territory shows a similar profile as depicted in the Wheels shot for the new driving lights and outer bumper edges.

If that is all the update entails then we'll be keeping ours.

That said I wonder if the front parking sensor array off the SZII will go onto the SZ without too much drama...

I too am disappointed as I have been holding out for this update.

If it is the real deal hopefully it looks better in the metal.

Wonder if Ford will tease some official shots of the Territory soon?

Its all about the wheel offset on the rear, as Raptor points out ford marketing images always fill the guards nicely.
Put a nice set of fitted wheels to any car and it will make it look much better.
So Ford lets fit some nice fat 20" wheels to an XR Model!!!

Why would Ford be running with the new model with full coverup to the front?!if only changing the driving lights!

While I agree with your (& Raptor's) thoughts it was the front end that I was referring to. I would love to fit the driving lights shown in the image to our SZ Titanium while the grill shown looks cleaner/sleeker and as someone who has to buy in the next few weeks I cannot wait until the update comes out..(sadly)
