Hello all, I hope that this thread is correctly located, but we (my Wife and I) and our BF Fairlane Ghia 5.4L are looking for a metro Sydney Club (N/W) to join and to participate in.
We haven't been able to find a Club on this site or elsewhere that caters for two active Seniors and a late (or should we say the "last") model Fairlane. As we're in our late 60s hill climbs, rallies, and petformance activities etc don't suit us or our car, but country drives, lunches, coffees, and the occasional overnighter do. Any advice greatly appreciated. |

Not sure if FTF is still around or not.
They cater for all makes and models of Fords. Based in Sydney metro

Hi Whale, Welcome,
I guess there is always an all models Ford club in Sydney that you could join. Someone here more knowledgeable than I will be able to answer.

Thanks for your replies..... I did contact FTF a few years ago, and while the Membership Sec. was helpful and would willingly sign us up, their membership / car profile and activities (i.e. weekends) didn't really suit.
I expect that we're being "picky" by expecting to find a Car Club that better suits seniors who don't own a true "classic" or a performance vehicle, and yet who enjoy the company of fellow car buffs. Thanks again for the replies though. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk |
