Default Michael Jackson

Well michael jackson walks free. All ten charges not guilty. You would have thought the prosecution had some sort of a case to bring these charges against him? :gren:

If OJ can get away with 'murder' there was noway in hell MJ was going to be found guilty...

On a side note though, wether he did it or not, it is the responsiblitly of these childrens PARENTS to see that no harm comes to their siblings.. PUT THEM ON TRIAL for exposing their kids to that sort of environment.....

I am really quite unsure if he did it or not, I am having difficulty sorting through the "facts" (as presented by the media)...

Interesting that all 10 counts were a not guilty verdict.

im 50/50 im a fence sitter he's weird enough to do weird stuff but is he that weird to do the crimes he was on trial for?

and i reckon id the case was tried in another state things may have been different.

the parent the kid and even the prosecutor all had grudges against michael before the trial so it was their case to lose anyways..

one thing we can agree on is that "thank god its over" seen more michael in 7mths then his whole time in the 80's

let it die i reckon

Interesting to see what the fall-out will be .... his life will not return to what it was, plus he's in debt up to his eyeballs.

200+million
and tyson is only 50million in but his career is over
M/J could crawl out of debt with a few interviews but wasnt that what got him into trouble in the first place?

he should readjust his life style and his staff and just stay quiet i reckon..

He still owns the rights to the Beatles so while it isnt as much as he did have they will still be worth enough to keep him going.

Great,

Lets export all our perverts to America where you have the right to sleep with children as long as you can buy the parents permission!

American justice for the rich and powerful. It is easy to make false claims and he is a target for blackmail but he paid them off before and continues with really sick behaviour which would put you or me in jail.

Just imagine if I told the parents of my daughters that when she has a sleep over we all share the same bed!

They would be after my balls! Proof positive or not.

Children in America are poor and powerless and even the state can't help them.

It makes you understand how the Palestinians and Iraqi's feel about Americans doesn't it

Exactly the point I was trying to make, the parents should be branded with a hot poker for putting their children in a 'suspect' situation.. Dollar Bills in their eyes imo...

I think good on him. Personally, I think it was like the first case. It's just a money grab by parent's exploting their children.

This has definately killed him as a performer though.

Good idea. He can't afford to go round doing freaky things.

SMH has the article on the case here.

I'm gonna be blunt as right now.

He was a good performer.

But, IMO, couldn't care less right now. There are more important things on this planet than Michael Jackson.

Just a screwed up prosecution that was so transparent in its hidden agenda and had no chance of beating MJ.

He may be weird but there aren't any credible witnesses to suggest that he ever has or even intended to take advantage of children.

I'm a big beleiver that he DIDNT do it and that the parents are scheming for money. I'm glad he's off, whether he did it or not, they just didnt have enought proper evidece from credible witnesses to prosecute him beyond doubt.

Lets all face the facts - MJ did do wrong!
  1. He surfed inappropriate websites with underage children present
  2. He did share is bed with underage people who weren't his own children.
No, this doesn't make him a peodaphile but it does make him morally wrong/ corrupt, (however you want to put it). Another point, why would these parents be "going for the money" now when they were getting everything for free from MJ before? Personally I think there's just far to much "out there" but they haven't found all of the links to join it all together yet. Remember - you only need to prove the possiblility of "some" doubt for someone to be found not guilty. But you need to prove "beyond the shadow of a doubt" to be found guilty!

Man that guy is whack. I mean anyone who openly admits he sleeps with children, dangles his kid over a balcony and whatever nonsense is a weirdo :

But i do reckon the people who brought on the charges wanted money otherwise they wouldnt of bothered. Maybe they were hoping for hush money. The parents are just as bad i bet they exploited the kid for the money.

He's been found innocent twice by a jury. I say leave the guy alone even if he is a freak.

yeah but the money stopped remember when the mother got hostile and the kid turned into a brat its always been about money,as they said the bigger the celebrity the bigger the target.

whacko jacko he is,but morally sleeping with kids is wrong especially kids who aint yours, but sleeping and molesting are 2 different things,i doubt he was looking at porn with kids,im sure the police might of fabricated "some" evidence even, but all in all as you stated
you only need to prove the possiblility of "some" doubt for someone to be found not guilty. But you need to prove "beyond the shadow of a doubt to grab a conviction, they simply couldnt prove it without a doubt, thats where it was lost for the prosecutor.
