I reckon the upcoming Motor mag will be featuring another battle as always between the new BF GT and the VZ Clubsport.
Since the F6 can run 0-100 in 5.2 secs with the new 6 speed auto, how do you think the GT will fair with it? Considering it was naturally faster to begin with with the old transmission. I reckon this time it will give the LS2 Clubsport a real good run for its money. Anyway, does anybody have any info on the new GT's performance figures? Discuss.

I think the F6 is now quicker than the GT in standard auto form, the LS2 will be hard to beat, same old story i reckon, Holden wins straight line performance part, Ford wins every other criteria and overall.

I reckon the new 6 speed will enable the GT to just get ahead. Spoke to an auto electrician at ford who told me about the GT thry had on their Ford day, and how it performed. The infamous lag has gone now apparently, and the new 6 speed has totally unleashed all the potential of the v8.

I reckon the BF GT with the 6 speed auto will match the Clubsport in acceleration, beat it for ride quality, but lose to it on handling.

Winning only one criterior does not a winner make, but this has been bred into the male psychie for years. The fastest car is always the best, is not so true as we know it.
