Given I work in a computer shop, I will probably get slapped for asking this, but, here goes - how do I get it to work? It just downloads a 28k file that windows does not know what to do with. Any help?

Ahh, I downloaded it and it wont play in media player, i've got vlc player, and it just breaks up and scratches. any ideas?
