Default Public Apology

Ok I am aware at this moment im not on good terms with alot of people given my recent actions in the past few weeks and this is also not a suck up thread, these are genuine thoughts.

I deeply apologise to everyone here at AFF from ratting you out at JustCommodores.com, it was inmature and childish and I should've known better.

Also I would like to give Casper a personal apology because he was right all along, I should've just kept my mouth shut everytime negative feedback was thrown my way in regards to my brand of choice, Holden.

I dont expect everyone to accept this apology but it would be greatly appreciated, as it would make me feel more comfortable posting here and I do like posting here.

Once again sorry AFF for my actions recently.

personally, i didnt see the point of you posting what you did at just commodores. i dont even think they saw the point.... you're a holden fan, that signed up on a ford site......... there is nothing wrong with that - as you know - there are quite a few holden guys here...

BUT, you HAVE to expect that people here wont like holdens, it is a FACT.
this is a ford site, primarily made up of ford fans....
a lot of the guys dont mind holdens, but some dont like them, and this is OK because its a ford site...

all i can say is i hope you've learned from this little hissy you had....

sit back, post every now and then, you're still welcome here
just dont jack up when someone thats a diehard ford fan has a bit of a go at commodores,

Yeah I know, I think it was because of what happened to gmhdriver the other night that infuriated (sp) me so I was a bit ИИИИed off.

Also I have learned from this.

Well I have definately blue blood running through my veins and dont like Holdens much (but can appreciate a nice car no matter what the brand)...

Well done to you for having the courage (as such) to stand up and admit your a tosser (so to speak).
Glad you have learnt from what's happened and lets just hope it stays a lesson learnt.

With saying that though, there really is no reason your comments can not be written on a public forum (as long as you arent trying to flame anyone).

People will forget the drama in time....
again well done for standing up and admitting you made a mistake

Cheers
Kerri

I know the feeling.... As for being "Biassed" , as someone posted on J/Comm we should learn to get along , its not a Ford/Holden war... Its us against ricers..

I made a gut call last night to not ban you and just remove the whole drama. I though you could be saved (unlike GMHDriver) as there were glimpses of logic and intelligence there. I'm glad you have not made me regret that decision. Well done.

Oh, and I'm keeping the sig to remind you. :P

Well done for admitting your mistake. If you stay here long enough you may even realise your biggest mistake - liking holdens. Actually, nothing wrong with liking holdens, it is just preferring them over Fords that is unnatural. LOL.

Don't worry about it man, it's only an internet forum you shouldn't take these things to heart!

lol its all good been on street commodores for ages and have copped a hammering from time to time myself but found respect with a few guys on there and all is good now, stay a while here and you will lean more and more about all diffrent types of cars mate and you will find you will have a better intelligance level when relaying your oppinions to others in the future as the age level and intelligance level is alot higher in AFF than on some other sites.

cheers

Hey mate do you remember me on SC? I was known as 2LETHL and I used to give you a bit of crap from being a Ford guy lol sorry about that.

That is a good point, I do see alot of very knowledgable discussion on here which is why I seem to always come here but since im not very experianced with Fords I tend to only stick too Holden related threads.

But im trying my best to add to alot of the non-Holden related threads and its slowly paying off.

why cant we just all get along...I love the AFF and think its a great source of information, not just for Fords but also for Holdens and in general most Automotive information. Sure there are one eyed people on this site, but hey I would be very disappointed if that wasnt the case.

If you want to join something a little different where everyone can play in the same sand pit....may I direct you to .... www.validated.bubblisious.com its seems to be OK and something a little different to the one eyed views on either a FORD or Holden site..its for everyone...

If you've got the balls to say something with conviction, then you've got to have the balls to admit your wrong sometimes. Good on you, well done!
Besides I've got a short attention span apparently....

One of the great things about AFF is that the majority of people here are pretty sensible when it comes to general discussion. We can have threads where we disagree but it still remains civil.

Cheers, Danny

I wasn't involved in any of it.
But do see it is nice for your to be mature enough about it and apologise, I can tell you you can be on both forums and enjoy both makes.
People know I have both makes as very tough cars. it can be done.
As this is a ford site ppl will always talk about fords.
funnily enough holden sites talk about their makes.

Welcome I hope the forum is good to you, as you will be good to it.
