normally thats what it would be, but this, when i right click and save as, it downloads in 1 second, and ends up being 400k :

must be something different in your settings...if i just left click it, it opens a page and says forbidden.

if i save link as, it downloads a 400k file which is nothing

so i saved target as with IE and it worked fine
