well was looking for some backgrounds and found there is a GT-R mustang but that wasnt it and its not badged with the nissan's GTR badge...just thought youd like to know
its the 2004 40th ann mustang GT-R looks quite nice

That's hysterical. I was hoping he was going to ask to see under the hood to have the guy show him where the turbo was.
The 2005 Mustang GT-R, shown in 2004, was a concept car only. There was a Mustang Cobra-R that was actually produced. They were built in the years (but not all) between 1993 and 2000. They were basically race prepped cars. Here is an article on them. http://www.mustang50magazine.com/roadtests/13379/ Usually to purchase one of these cars new you had to know someone to get on the "list" of buyers.
