Default MTV annoying

I still am suscribed to anolouge connection with Optus pay TV.

MTV has an annoying sound problem. Its sounds like a worn out record or cassette. Is anyone else having the same problem? Or is it just my box.

Cheers,

And the MTV logo on the left hand side of the screen halfway up is absolutely annoying too!

Also the fact that MTV is being swarmed with all this American crap, "Tick it out", "Pimp My Ride", That gay one where they fight.

MTV don't play many songs anymore, just TV shows.

I like VH1

i rarely watch mtv anymore. i used to watch it when we didnt get the digital but for some reason digital has the numbers up so high and i forget to check mtv out because its #808. i agree they never have music on as much and when they do its always this gangsta crap, dont get me wrong i like rnb sometimes but i wouldn't mind hearing some good old rock. as for the uk tv. i have heard of the show and i dont go much on home and away so i wouldnt be surprised if its better. i never watch uk tv though. why do they need a whole channel when all the other channels play plenty of uk shows. cheers

Pay TV is crap. I would rather put my money into a faster internet connection, even if it means my mum misses out on East Enders, LOL. Summer Bay is better than the slums of London.

Foxtel worth its salt just for the news IMO.

Yes its great now that the free to air networks have continued to move the evening news forward - what is it airing at 4:30pm now? That's great for working people who dont get home until 7pm and have to wait until 10.30 for a bulletin.

Are they targeting their news at school kids? Coz they're the only people home at that time of day.

BTW lads Eastenders used to be prime ABC afternoon viewing!! lol.

I like how MTV now has Pimp my Ride etc, some of the music is crap so don't mind watching pimping...sound is loud and clear at my place.

I love my cable, wouldn't live without it nowadays.
What I'm peeved about though being with Optus my FoxSports 1 and 2 has been culled of all the good sport I like and gone into Fox3 which I'm sure will cost me more to get that veiwing, bustards !

MTV is a waste of bandwidth. They RARELY play any songs and the rest of the airtime is chock full of pointless reality TV filth.

I mean, realy, what is the point of the 'yo mama jokes' show FFS? Are there really that many bored directors in the US?

You would think MTV stands for Music Television.

But they have more reality BS than music!

Well, after months of that sound problem it has finally gone. I think MTV may have read this thread. I doubt it!
